University of San Agustin alumni doctors received recognition for their work in patient care during Healthway QualiMed Hospital Iloilo’s Doctors’ Appreciation Night 2026 on October 15 at The Venue Function Room, Smallville Complex, Iloilo City.
Among the awardees was Dr. Amee Lourdes Ravena-Ponje, a USA High School Class of 1988 and Medical Technology Class of 1992 alumna. She was recognized as Top OPD Doctor and Top Doctor for Outpatient Cases, and received the Patient Commendation Award.
Dr. Lister P. Leonida, a Medical Technology Class of 1991 alumnus, earned five distinctions: Most Patient-Commended Doctor, Top Admitting Doctor, Top Surgeon, Top Doctor for Artillery Referrals, and Top Doctor for Outpatient Cases.
Meanwhile, Dr. Douglas M. Aurelio, Jr., a High School Class of 1990 and Medical Technology Class of 1994 alumnus, was recognized as Top Anesthesiologist.
Their achievements bring pride to the Augustinian community. The University of San Agustin congratulates the three alumni for their well-deserved recognition and continued contributions to healthcare.
