In celebration of Museums and Galleries Month, the University of San Agustin unveiled its culture and heritage at the archives and museum’s soft opening, October 3.
A marker to tell its story, the university museum invites students, school personnel and other members of the academic community on an illuminating journey to the past. According to the Director of the USA Archives and Museum, Fr. Ric Anthony Reyes, it holds “treasure that connects to the identity and history of our university.”
With its stately and well-kept works of Ilonggo Augustinian artists from 1904 up to the present, the public can experience different displays and exhibits of artifacts on November 25, the museum’s grand opening.
Admission to the university museum is free of charge for all members of the USA community, including all students and employees.
