The University of San Agustin (USA) has achieved a significant milestone in academic quality, with several of its programs receiving re-accredited status from the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP) and the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU).
The accreditation grants are valid until November 2029, affirming the university’s commitment to high educational standards.
A total of seven programs have earned the prestigious Level III Re-Accredited Status:
1. Bachelor of Arts in Communication
2. Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy
3. Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
4. Bachelor of Science in Biology
5. Bachelor of Science in Psychology
6. Bachelor of Elementary Education
7. Bachelor of Secondary Education
Separately, the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy program has been awarded Level II Re-Accredited Status until the same date.
These accreditations demonstrate that the programs meet or exceed strict standards for faculty qualification, curriculum, research, library and laboratory facilities, and student services.
