USA-GIAS EXTENSION OF APPLICATION FOR 1ST YEAR, 2ND YEAR & 3RD YEAR FOR 1ST SEMESTER AY 2025- 2026

The University of San Agustin through the Admissions, Scholarships, and Placement Office (ASPO) announces the extension of opening of the APPLICATION FOR GRANT-IN-AID SCHOLARSHIP (USA-GIAS) PROGRAM for 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year students for 1st SEMESTER AY 2025-2026

Schedule and Timeline of Activities

A. Distribution of Application Form

    Date: MAY 5, 2025- MAY 10, 2025
    Time: 8:30AM – 11:30AM and 2:30PM – 4:30PM (Mon-Fri) | 8:30AM – 11:30AM (Saturday)
    Venue: ASPO

    B. Submission of Application and Complete Requirements
    Date: MAY 5-17, 2025
    Time: 8:30AM – 11:30AM and 2:30PM – 4:30PM (Mon-Fri) | 8:30AM – 11:30AM (Saturday)
    Venue: ASPO

    C. Documentary Requirements

    • Photocopy of Latest Report Card for 1st Semester A.Y. 2025-2026.
    • Photocopy of Live Birth (NSO/PSA)
    • Photocopy Copy of the Certificate of Tax Exemption/ Income Tax Return of parents issued by the BIR
    • Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (at least Catholic Religion)
    • Original copy of Recommendation Letter from the Parish Priest.
    • One piece 2×2 ID picture with white background
    • Accomplished Grant-in-Aid Scholarship Application Form (USA-ASP-F09)

       D. Qualifications

    • Students from CLASE, COC & COT department.
    • Shall pass the interview to be conducted by Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO).
    • With average grade of at least 83% during her/ his Grade 12.
    • Preferrably Roman Catholic.
    • Atleast 18- 20 years old.
