USA PERSONNEL RECOLLECTION 2026 | CARITAS AT WORK: CALLED TO COLLABORATE, COMMITTED TO SERVE

On October 21 and 22, 2026, a total of 365 University of San Agustin personnel gathered for the Annual Personnel Recollection, taking a meaningful pause from their daily responsibilities to recharge, reconnect, and deepen their spiritual commitment to service.

Guided by recollection facilitator Rev. Fr. Czar Emmanuel Alvarez, OSA, the two-day gathering centered on this year’s theme, “Caritas at Work: Called to Collaborate, Committed to Serve.”

Through inspiring talks, moments of prayer, and shared reflections, Fr. Czar emphasized that authentic service begins with love (Caritas) put into action. The recollection provided an opportunity for personnel to reflect on how their individual roles contribute to a united Augustinian community committed to excellence, collaboration, and compassionate service.

The University of San Agustin extends its heartfelt gratitude to Rev. Fr. Czar for his spiritual guidance and to all 365 participants for their openness, active participation, and shared commitment throughout the recollection.

As the USA community returns to its respective offices, classrooms, and responsibilities, may the spirit of Caritas continue to inspire everyone to collaborate with heart, serve with purpose, and live out the Augustinian values in their daily work.
