Knowledge, camaraderie, and the Augustinian spirit took center stage as USA personnel gathered for Augustine Knows: Quiz Bee 2026 on August 28 at the 5th Floor of Fray Luis de Leon Hall, in celebration of the Feast of St. Augustine.
Organized by the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) in collaboration with the Center for Religious Studies (CRS), the annual quiz bee brought personnel together in a spirited exchange of knowledge while providing an opportunity to revisit and appreciate the life and works of St. Augustine.
Representing BED, Ms. Garzon, Mr. Arungayan, and Ms. Gentolea showcased their knowledge and teamwork throughout the competition, taking the lead in each level of the competition.
The College of Business (COB) secured second place with 12 points, while the Academic Non-Teaching Staff earned third place with 11 points.
Through activities such as Augustine Knows, the University continues to nurture Augustinian identity, strengthen community engagement, and foster fellowship among its personnel.
