• This competition is open to all STUDENTS, PERSONNEL AND ALUMNI (individual or group) of the University of San Agustin.
  • Participating individuals or teams may submit a MAXIMUM of TWO ENTRIES ONLY.

  • For relevance, the number “120” and the University’s colors (Red – CC 000000, Yellow/Gold – FF 000000) must be incorporated in the design.
  • Moreover, the participants are encouraged to refer to the theme of the celebration: “USA@120: A Gift. Please refer to the rationale below for further information.
  • Entries should be submitted in the following formats:
    • JPEG, GIF, Adobe Illustrator compatible or Adobe Photoshop compatible, fit to vertical A4 size with minimum 300 dpi and
    • in its original raw file

  • The logo should not carry the name of the artist/s.
  • A brief description or rationale (not more than 150 words) which explains the concept, design, and elements used in the logo should be included in the submission of the entry.

  • All entries must be sent with subject title “USA@120 Logo Entry_Name+Surname” via email to:

  • The participants must declare that the submitted design/s is original, has not been submitted to any other competition, and does not infringe on any third party’s existing copyrights. The participant/s is held liable to any complaints which may arise if there may be question/s to the logo design such as its similarities or likeness to other existing logos.
  • The deadline of submission is on May 15, 2023, at 11:59am. (Extended deadline of submission: June 16, 2023, at 11:59 AM)
  • Upon submission of entry/entries, the participant authorizes the University of San Agustin to publish the name/s and all other information relative thereto.

The selected winner must submit a scalable vector version of the winning design. [This is for the logo to be adaptable for electronic and print media use, for reproduction on small and large surfaces, etc. (e.g., in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign)].

  • All winning entries (grand prize and consolation prizes) shall be considered the property of the University of San Agustin and shall have the exclusive rights of the winning logo.

  • The University of San Agustin reserves the right to further refine or make improvements and alterations on the final artwork of the winning entry to align with the objectives of the event.
