Please be advised that the University of San Agustin through the Admissions, Scholarships and Placement Office (ASPO) is now ready to accept Applicants for SHS Voucher Subsidy SY 2021-2022.
For Grade 11 graduates from Private Schools, please submit the following:
1. ESC GASTPE Funded Grantee – ESC Certificate issued by the Principal
2. ESC non-GASTPE Funded Grantee – QVA Certificate issued by the PEAC
For Grade 11 graduates from Public Schools, please submit Learner Reference Number (LRN).
For Grade 12 and Transferees who were able to avail a Voucher Subsidy for SY 2020-2021, please submit Learner Reference Number (LRN).
